Steve Gagliardini will join TROX Australia on the 9th of August 2010 and will be based at Melbourne. Steve has been appointed as Technical and Marketing Director and will develop new business strategies and will further extend the strong TROX brand name throughout the region.

Steve has thirty four years of experience in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning industry and has worked for a number of leading consulting engineering firms both in South Africa and Australia. His experience in the industry has provided him with the necessary engineering design and business exposure in an array of different projects covering the leisure industry, commercial, industrial, health care, defense and educational sectors of the market. His experience includes the role of Head Mechanical & Electrical Engineer of a large financial group as well as Office Director and Associate Director in leading consulting firms.

Steve's extensive knowledge of design and construction as well as business development will greatly enhance the sales and technical support that TROX can offer to its entire client base in all market sectors in Australia and New Zealand.

Tony Wood-Collier has been appointed as Business Development Director of TROX Australia and will be based in Sydney from 1st August 2010.

Tony will be responsible for the development of the TROX building services products business throughout Australia and for the identification of new markets in both Australia and New Zealand. He will also ensure that TROX products are included on the bid lists of projects, liaise with and provide quotations to and through existing TROX Sales agents and organize promotional activities in support of TROX activities throughout the region.

Tony, an Australian citizen, was born in South Africa and graduated at the University of South Africa with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with double majors in Economics and Business Economics. Since, 1983, he has been operating his own business as a contractor in the Air Conditioning Industry during which time he won numerous marketing and products awards. Tony continued in the same line of business since relocating to Australia in 2001.

In his spare time, Tony enjoys flying - he has a Private Pilots License with a night and an instrument rating, Scuba Diving and being with his family.
