The Quality Management System is documented in a Quality Manual that is supported by System Procedures, Work Instructions, Specification Sheets and Attachments.
These documents are available for review . Copies are provided as and when appropriate to tender or contract requirements.
Quality Plans are provided when contractually required, together with any other agreed quality assurance requirements. The TROX Quality Management System is subject to Customer assessment, audit, surveillance and inspection activities, as appropriate to the scope of supply, and as contractually or otherwise agreed.
Internal Audits are continually carried out to ensure the TROX Quality Management System is maintained, suitable and effective.
